* A new operator 'mplibuclength <string>' returns the number of unicode
  grapheme clusters in the string.

* A new operator 'mplibucsubstring <pair> of <string>' returns the part of
  the string indexed by unicode grapheme clusters.

* These two operators require lua-uni-algos package.
