 Minor changes: better documentation on using pics for subcircuits,
 a new style of MOSFETs, completing the "plain" amplifiers.

 - add Andrew Stacey's `tikzmark` library to the manual
 - add FDSOI MOSFETs
 - New component: `plain gm mono amp`
 - documentation enhancements
