You don't seem to understand that once the directly executed
H(D,D) stops simulating its input that every aspect of the
simulated D immediately stops.
 That depends on the interpretation of the ambiguous term "simulated D".
 
I think that you are playing head games. I use an x86 emulator to correctly emulate the x86 instructions of D in the order that they
are specified. A C interpreter would work as well.
