A termination analyzer is different than a halt decider in that it need
not correctly determine the halt status of every input. For the purposes
of this paper a termination analyzer only needs to correctly determine
the halt status of one terminating input and one non-terminating input.
The computer science equivalent would be a halt decider with a limited

If refuting the halting problem proofs is not very interesting then
what is interesting?

It is not sufficient that an answer must be given. There must be a
proof that the wrong answer is never given. For programs outside of
the domain and non-programs given as programs an answer that is
neither "yes" or "no" is permitted.

For the H/D pairs comprising the halting problem counter-example all
that needs be shown is that one of YES or NO <is> the correct answer.
I am not making an ALL KNOWING computer program that solves the halting
problem. I am making a program that refutes the conventional halting
problem proofs.

This is especially important when the received view is that a
specific program cannot possibly handle a specific input correctly.

Sure and prior to Pythagoras there was a universal consensus
that the Earth was flat. The key is to find an actual mistake
in my reasoning and not just glance at a couple of my words
and jump to the conclusion that I must be wrong.
Currently you are the only reviewer that shows you are interested
in an honest dialogue. All of the rest of my reviewers here seem
to be so focused on rebuttal that they have no qualms with lying.

It never occurred to anyone that the simulated input cannot possibly
ever receive a return value to contradict. Simulation has always
previously been rejected out-of-hand without review.
 That every Turing machine fails as a halt decider is sufficient to
infer that every simulating Turing machine fails as a halt decider.
 
Yes you can guess that is true, yet when you apply my same
reasoning to the Peter Linz proof, my reasoning prevails.
