olcott started out POOH as a proof that refutes Halting Problem Proof. Not by
understanding of the topic (no trace of such intention), instead of by trying
out every possible answers from replies (>20 years), from H(D)=1, H(D)=0, both
are correct, none is correct, and probably recencely "I am not talking about HP"
or "HHH need not be a program"....

Theory1(psychologiical): olcott had been aboused or denied so much that he had 
  to prove himself a genius.

Theory2(physiological): olcott had an accident, stroke, or tumor.

But, from the persistent leve like a robot. A 3rh theory.

Theory3: infecttion by some kind of 'fungus'. IOW, the subject is not really
  himself, the subject is overtaken by something alien that has its will.

(I think it is OK to talk about this because olcott has polluted internet for
 >20 years and still going on)
