I also have a system that can parse ANY programming language.
For any language that isn't yet supported, all I have to do is write a
parser for that language.
I'm not sure how your neos is more interesting or useful than my system.
My system *compiles* any programming language -- it doesn't just *parse*
it.
It is sufficient to write a parser so that an already existing back end
can be used.
