 That's it.  I feel I can quote one part of his reply to me because it is
entirely positive: "I try to respond to everyone who writes me" though
it is clear from other parts of the reply that there was more than one
email from PO!
 

I told him that I waited patiently for two years
having all of the details of all of his contact
information until I had my point succinct enough
that he could quickly evaluate it.
He sent me ten emails over four days as replies.
He said that he has 250 students registered in
his class thus had very little time.
