It took a very long time for me to understand
that a decider(CS) is not the common meaning of
anything that decides. A decider(CS) must be all
knowing.
Whenever I use any term I am always referring
to its common meaning.

I think it's useful to know that trying to have any discussion with the
OP will eventually feel like nailing jelly to a wall.
