What printer driver port needs to be installed?
How are you connecting to the printer? USB, RJ45,
wireless, or parallel printer port?
The current printer uses USB.
Apparently the new one expects wireless or Ethernet
(going by what's on the box,I have not unpacked).
If you're doing wireless, give the printer a static IP
address (assuming you're on a home network). You can
then use either lpd or cups to print. See the handbook
on how to set up the queues.
