It was a long time ago (about 20 years) that I had to compile my own kernel for fedora to get working intel wifi drivers, the drivers and corresponding firmware blobs have been in mainstream distros for a *long* time now.

Dual Band Wi-Fi 6E AX210 M.2 2230 Wireless Network Adapter Card w/ 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax, Bluetooth v5.2
and/or
WiFi 7 BE200 802.11be M.2 2230 Wireless Module
Pretty sure intel work to get their drivers in the development kernels before products are released;  in short if you can buy the hardware, and install a recent kernel, you'll be fine ...
