You have to get the PCI or USB IDs.

It's not plugged-into PCI, though a couple years ago people said do
'pciconf -lv' which showed nothing.  I got the following information in
GNU/Linux, but I guess I'll reboot to FreeBSD and do lsusb, because
numbers may be different.
