    Relaying agents MUST NOT alter, delete, or rearrange any part of an
    article except for the Path and Xref header fields.  They MUST NOT
    modify the body of articles in any way.  If an article is not
    acceptable as is, the article MUST be rejected rather than modified.

Ah oui, c'est dommage. J'ai cru un moment que « MUST not alter, delete or
rearrange » pourrait permettre « add », mais en lisant la totalité de 3.6
on voit que ce n'est pas le cas :

Soit dit en passant, ce n'est pas autorisé non plus au Serving Agent :

J'ai pu croire aussi qu'on pourrait s'en sortir en utilisant le champ
Xref, par exemple :
 Xref: covidfakenews.alphanet.ch fr.comp.usenet.serveurs:4511
... mais c'est illusoire car le Xref sera très certainement modifié par
d'autres agents, jusques et y compris le Serving Agent.
