C'est faiblement raisonné. Tout le monde a ses critères - on va où ? on veut parler à qui ? trouve-t-on un dialecte plus plaisant que les autres ? veut-on parler avec élégance ou comme un hayseed édenté du Mid-West ?... C'est eux qui déterminent le dialecte adapté.
D'ailleurs, avec la logique simple de ChatGPT, on n'apprendrait aucune autre langue :
