Ca parle de triangles et de trigonométrie sphériques.
Je sais que sorti se son contexte, ce n'est pas simple, mais
je ne comprends pas la syntaxe avec les triplets* séparés par les ":".

 
C'est juste un quotient :
 
AH = sin c sin β = sin b sin γ
=> sin b / sin β = sin c / sin γ
 
(avec β,y =/= k\pi)

Dans des livres imprimés j'ai parfois vu des « ÷ », rarement des « : ».
