Les Occidentaux ne devaient pas exercer de pression économique pour
influencer la politique ukrainienne.
Or cet articla a été violé à de multiples reprises.
Pire, la junte arrivée au pouvoir par un coup d'état et soutenue
ouvertement pas les occidentaux a a exercé la pression militaires
sur les habitants des zones pro-russes.
