Est-ce une annulation légitime ?

raison ""SPEW"

Par exemple celui-ci:
<skjj4b$1dt4$1@gioia.aioe.org>
Qui contient seulement comme ajout du gars annulé:  "Mon Dieu...."
Certes, le message est inintéressant.

C'est vraiment une cause d'annulation sérieuse pour SPEW ???
