 More than configuration, I would say signature. To create your signature you used EDDSA. The others all used DSA (nono and bleachbot) or RSA (E-S).
perl-nocem (or gnupg) which is installed on my server apparently does not recognize that type of signature (even if checking manually with the shell command it says it is valid), I created an EDDSA key and a nocemnotice with that signature and I get the same result. On the shell everything is OK, when used by perl-nocem it doesn't recognize the signature.
I checked that the GnuPG libraries are all installed, and they are, so I assume it's a perl-nocem bug. Tomorrow I will write to Julien Elie and ask for clarification.
