It usually means that your active file numbering is out of sync with
what's actually stored in your groups.  Check your news log and it should
reveal which group is having the problem.  You can then generally fix it
by using tdx-util -R to rebuild the overview database for that particular
group and then running ctlinnd renumber on that group to update the active
file with the right numbers.

Cette partie de ma réponse était destinée au noumestre, que j'avais mis en
copie cachée, par courriel, de ladite réponse.

Tu as constaté que tu ne pouvais pas accéder au serveur, j'ai confirmé que
tu n'étais pas la seule et affiché le message d'erreur que l'on obtient,
maintenant il n'y a rien que tu puisses faire avant que le noumestre Ivo
Gandolfo puisse corriger.
