| As part of a stipulated dismissal agreement approved last week in
| the US District Court for the Western District of Washington, the
| Department of Homeland Security confirmed that the former students,
| who participated in a temporary work program for recent graduates,
| wouldn't be subject to findings that they're inadmissible to the US
| in connection with the alleged fraud on their visa applications.

| Optional Practical Training allows students on F-1 visas to work in
| the US 12 months after graduating--or three years if they have a
| qualifying degree in a science, technology, engineering, or
| mathematics field. Many international graduates begin careers in the
| US by taking part in the program while attempting to secure an H-1B
| specialty occupation visa or another longer-term visa.
