| As part of a stipulated dismissal agreement approved last week in
| the US District Court for the Western District of Washington, the
| Department of Homeland Security confirmed that the former students,
| who participated in a temporary work program for recent graduates,
| wouldn't be subject to findings that they're inadmissible to the US
| in connection with the alleged fraud on their visa applications.

| the US 12 months after graduating--or three years if they have a
