Michael Bloomberg's guest blogger, Andrew Kreighbaum on whether Casey
and Ron DeSantis regret not deploying the likes of Mike Emmons onto
Lachlan Murdoch's FoxNews.COM to remind legacy American proles in Iowa
and New Hampshire that Donald Trump failed to convert the Cheap Labor
Lobby's scab worker import quota lottery to a wage ordered queue:

| The new selection process for H-1B specialty occupation visas,
| finalized in January, dramatically reduced the number of duplicate
| submissions on behalf of individual beneficiaries in its first year.
|
| More regulations are still to come overhauling criteria for the H-1B
| program, which is heavily used by the tech sector. A proposed rule
| last year would modify the definition of "specialty occupation,"
| requiring that a worker's role be tied directly to their field of
| study--a move attorneys said could add barriers for hiring talent in
| emerging fields.
|
| Jaddou on Thursday also highlighted her agency's work with the State
| Department to make sure all available employment-based green cards
| are allocated.
Will Trump nominate NeverBackDown.ORG's Ken Cuccinelli to succeed Ur
M Jaddou at USCIS.GOV and how much does Amy Swonger predict it will
cost Trump to win John Thune's consent?
John
groenveld@acm.org-- "True. But they know if DeSantis wins, they'll get cut out and it'llbe the beginning of a new order where Bob Woodward doesn't get hoursof exclusive interviews. Trump is also easier for them tomanipulate. Part of the reason he didn't investigate Fauci wasconcern for bad press." - Pedro Gonzalez
