| issued a Canadian student visa in June 2023, now stands accused in
| U.S. federal court of plotting an illegal-smuggler-assisted northern
| border crossing to carry out a mass shooting of Jews in New York
| City to celebrate with blood the October 7 anniversary of the Hamas
| massacre in Israel. Khan hoped it would go down in history as "the
