Morris Dees and $PLC certified deplorable, George Fishman on whether
Donald Trump has ordered Little Marco Rubio to order State.GOV FSOs
to cease and desist from serving as Big .EDU's marketoons for the
8.1+B globe's top two quintiles of full-freight tuition paying
prospects:

| There is a real risk that federal courts, including the Supreme
| Court, could adopt the reasoning of the district court in Massieu
| and declare the foreign policy ground of deportation to be
| unconstitutional. On the other hand, the Supreme Court upheld
| President Trump's use of the similarly "unfettered" discretion that
| Congress granted in ASS 212(f) and found it questionable whether the
| president had to "explain that finding with sufficient detail to
| enable judicial review". Of course, ASS 212(f) involves a bar to
| entry, rather than a ground of deportation for aliens already here
| who possess constitutional due process rights.
Is Todd Lyons' ICE.GOV scrubbing the SEVIS for Big .EDU presidents
and deans who should be debarred from the F-1 visa gravy train?
