| One of the fired Biden-picked lawyers, Kerry Doyle, had worked in
| Biden's administration where she directed that officials stop
| deportation cases against up to 300,000 migrants. "I can't say I was
| surprised this happened. I was expecting it," Doyle wrote on
| LinkedIn.
|
| "This firing was political," said Doyle, who worked for Biden's
| zealously pro-migration border chief, Alejandro Mayorkas, as he
| welcomed roughly nine million migrants across the southern border.
|
| The media's uproar tends to obscure deeper problems in the courts,
| noted Andrew Arthur, a former immigration judge working for the
| Center for Immigration Studies.
What are clearance rates for Pam Bondi's administrative judges for
immigration enforcement?

groenveld@acm.org-- "The NYT article is "a remarkable example of journalists comfortingthe comfortable, rather than they afflicting [the comfortable],which is what they imagine their jobs," Krikorian said. "They arefooling themselves; they are imagining they are afflicting thecomfortable, when in fact, they are -- for the most part -- the
unwitting tools of capital.""
