| Clay Harmon, director of AIRC: The Association of International
| Enrollment Management, said he's heard reports of abrupt visa
| revocations from members across the country, and that it's
| disrupting international student service offices tasked with helping
| manage student visas.

| "Folks in the visa system are already strapped to meet current
| mandates," he said. "Adding this arbitrary element into what has
| always been a very well-regulated system causes an undue and unfair
| burden on institutions."
