Has Claire Shipman warned Columbia.EDU's creditors that if Kristi
Noem orders Todd Lyons to audit Shipman entries in ICE.GOV's SEVIS
database and Rubio debars Shipman from receiving F-1 visas that it
risks debt repayments?
