Mark Steyn on whether Donald Trump will attempt to enlist Peter Thiel's
VP JD Vance to serve as Trump's Deputy Chief Sales Critter for Trump's
bipartisan, comprehensive, merit-based, immigration reform legislative
legacy, authored by the Cheap Labor Lobby and passed by Mike Johnson's
House.GOV and John Thune's Senate.GOV and will Thiel allow Vance to
commit political suicide for the pyrrhic victory of winning Trump's
endorsement for WhiteHouse.GOV:

| That's the good news. In the US, there are no takers for the
| Jeb/Dubya bollocks of Conservative Inc about needing immigrants to
| "do the jobs Americans won't do"; in Europe, even useless uniparty
| types like Starmer feel obliged to talk about "smashing the gangs",
| even if, as German voters have just learned from Fred Merz, these
| mostly prove to be outright lies whose expiry date is twenty minutes
| after polls close on election night. Still, the fact that these guys
| feel the need to dissemble to their voters tells us something about
| where the conversation's headed.

Does Susie Wiles believe a GOP.COM striver for WhiteHouse.GOV can
secure a financier from among America 800+ billionaires to fund an
out-flanking campaign of Peter Thiel's 2028 JD Vance ticket via an
immigration moratorium and repatriation stump speech?
