| If there was ever a racial discrimination lawsuit teed up for the
| Dept of Justice Civil Rights Division, it would be this one.  The
| Episcopal Church receives government funds for refugee settlement.
| The Episcopal Church is admitting the color of the refugee skin is a
| determining factor in their decision-making of who to assist.  There
| is not a clearer example of self-admitted discrimination than this
| one.

| Unfortunately, the DOJ Civil Rights Division is now headed by Deputy
| AG Harmeet Dhillon, I strongly doubt she will take any action.
