This thread became commenced on Date: Thu, 5 Mar 2009 18:41:46 -0800 (PST) Episode 9 of Season 1 of "Cop Squad" ((Copyright British Sky Broadcasting Limited 2011) (apparently by a production company called "October") on Sky Replay on 8th July 2025) reported that a man urinated in public in Cambridgeshire so a policeman arrested him over "outrage of public decency".
