The Army is quietly considering a sweeping reduction of up to 90,000

the deliberations.
It's not totally insane, although it's probably not super smart
either. Apparently the White House has decided that if Russia wants to
overtake the rest of Europe Trump&Co will let that happen and not give
a shit.
The next war will be in the Pacific and it will involve the Navy, Air
Force, missiles, and drones. Not an Army of land-based troops.
Expect to see other parts of the military ramp up in kind.
