Oh, if the students cannot choose, or the parents, then it is more difficult.

I believe this will fail....wasted tax dollars, with tax payers
picking up the tab.
Not necessarily! What if it becomes a success and turns of a lot of little soldiers of Jesus? Then it would be a success!
