However,  on Usenet the main newsgroup for discussing 'real'
football is called rec.sport.soccer ... so some things you just
have to live with! ;-)

Hah! There is a reason that I am not posting in that erroneously named group! ;) Jokes aside, I happen to think that football is the most boring sport ever invented, so I actively do not follow anything related to it.
I think the only three sports in which I have a mild interest would be, in order of interest, boxing, ice hockey and chess.
