Air flight time, no....but landing/etc...maybe not, unless there is a
large difference in airport charges.
Airfare these days I think are more dependent upon when booked, "who"
you are (online), etc.
I suspect these days, if the plane is 1/2 loaded, and a ticket was
bought at the last minute, the airlines would stiff the consumer. And
of course, the CSR can't cut a deal if the potential passenger says "I
don't have to fly today."
