 He has not been officially evaluated.  That said, there is Project
2025, his ideas, and others producing the EOs, so it's hard to
evaluate his inputs.
 But, I would assume the tariff execution was based upon his ideations.
As such, a lack of reasoning is clearly exhibited.  Consulting others
is a given, which was not done...breaking previous agreements is not
kosher politically, and expecting trans-national corps to come back
now to US's soil is foolish thinking.  His mindset is not right.
