Ever noticed the front office 'secretary' tends to be good looking?
That would be part of my job description. My front office secretary should welcome my visitors and customers and it is pleasant to have a beautiful woman do that in my line of business with 99% men. So a beautiful woman would have a huge plus in my book.
Of course there are other skills and attributes as well, but looking good is one attribute I want.
