"The Hamas-controlled government has no effective or independent
mechanisms for ensuring transparency in its funding, procurements, or
operations." As Hamas took over the remnants of PA institutions in the
strip, it established a judiciary and put in place authoritarian
institutions.

It's more complicated than that, as always. Apparently the vote for
Hamas was a vote against the PLA.
"D" has a point though. Ridding Palestine of Hamas is a great thing. I
really pity the Palestinian people though for what's being inflicted on
them.
Curse Hamas for using schools and hospitals etc. (and now, UN buildings?
fuckers) as their bases of operation, scheming they can stay safe by
using Palestinian citizens as cover/protection. Refer to paragraph 2:
these Hamas fuckers need to be stamped out like cockroaches.
Take a moment to remember someone saying "Hamas probably has a secret,
master plan for how this was all going to turn out in the favor!!!"
Losers. They clearly had neither plan, nor secret strategy, nor clue.
That said, fuck Netanyahu for going on a genocidal rampage in the name
of clearing his reputation. He and his team fucked up royally.
