Obviously this is just marketing. Look at who their founders are, who the owners are, and where they are based.
Then you can conclude that of course they will release any information, in secret, that will benefit them.
No company will refuse to comply, when the company itself is at risk, there's to much money involved.
Therefore, the only rock-solid solution is a federated or decentralized solution that is run on an open source basis which does not need funds, legal system or a government to function.
