NordVPN does not log users' site activities, but I assume they would
if legally requested.
I'm still curious about those "automated DMCA requests"
DMCA request - If you find infringing copies of your work on a
website, you may notify the website with a DMCA takedown notice. The
DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) sets out a process for
copyright holders to send an official notice requesting the service
provider remove the infringing material.
https://library.georgetown.edu/copyright/dmca-takedownI assume NordVPN is about providing a VPN service. Automated might
suggest transmitted words/files are checked. 2,421,053
requests...like all users are scanned, or what? Maybe related to
Hollywood/Musical take down requests, or government requests.
Usenet use to be monitored, I assume via word scanning, but unknown if
still done.
