Valley itself have a water-vein. We could gather sources from various
springs, or even relocate an entire river.
Point is that we have the issue of flooding, and DV is one of those
perfect places to displace water. If they wanted they could flood the
place in seconds via a slow moving stream if they wanted to. Also
everyday pipes are being laid. It would
be an ideal community and everybody would have water-front property.
Lets clone some Yellow-river dolphins already.
