is stupid. No matter what race your getting paid the same amount
unless you work over-time or request
for a raise. Despite gaining a raise, you most likely would even out
with other employees when time for increase wages.
That being said depending on your team, and needs. Including as well.
If anything is discrimination. Same with men and women in general. Men
will put out more ours, take exams, and go for higher positions,
without doubt. To even doing
labor intensive work, unlike most women. Stop preaching this bs lie.
If anything is when #@$#@ from O-Canada comes to the United States and
bring there racist backwater bs to our nation.
