Ah yes.. that rings a bell. I read somewhere that since there was a bigger
deal on the table, germany would use that as an excuse to contribute less.

Like who is going to get a piece of this action....and at what
interest rate?
I haven't followed the details, but something stinks here, imho. Just
give Ukraine the interest money, now.
