This is the truth! I spoke with the chairman of a company I consulted for, and we both came to this conclusion. We also both thought it weird, that 20 years ago such simple things as
* being on time
* taking care of personal hygiene
* doing what you promise to do
etc.
where expected and there never was a need to train or list those things. Today, with the young, these things much be taught.
In my case, actually going to meetings was communicated and he had several warnings which he ignored. In that case my hands are clean! ;)
