Ramzan Kadyrov was awarded the title of "Honored Worker of the
Agro-Industrial Complex of Russia" by decision of the Ministry of
Agriculture of the Russian Federation.
The award was presented to him by Viskhan Matsuev, Deputy Chairman of
the Government of the Chechen Republic and Minister of Agriculture of
the region. Earlier, Kadyrov received the title of "Honorary
Builder of Russia".
