 I don't followo the civil disturbance topic, but I suspect worldwide,
there is an uptick in them.
In a number of nations there is civil unrest but the biggest threat to stability is war. The US and Canada don't seem to be able to stop themselves with getting involved in overseas squabbles. That the US isn't mobilizing yet is a positive sign. Once they get involved, regional conflicts become global. If you hadn't noticed, I'm an isolationist.
