I saw an article somewhere that purported to show a link where every
embattled police department suddenly has an article about helping ducks
cross the road, or helping extract a baby duckling that fell down a
stormwater drain roadside.  The article showed dozens of nearly
identical articles, almost all certainly created by the same press/media
relations firm.
