Depends on if they are married or not. If they are married, obviously their husband is responsible for them and their choices. They must obey, as per the bible, their husband.
If they are not married, their father or brother should take care of them. But since I read here that we are talking about a whore of babylon, she probably did not have a loving father or brother to guide her choices in life. =(
