There are poor quality CDs produced, and CD quality produced.  A LP is
better when compared to a poor quality CD.

And to hear high quality music requires an investment in a CD Player,
Amp, and Speakers.

I suspect people with good hearing could perceive differences, but A/B
comparisons would be needed.
