Not at all! They are trying to sort of fraudulent payments. They will suck in
all data into an AI system that will then judge 50% of the payments to be
fraudulent and terminate them. Money saved!
Really... it is perfectly obvious why they want access. The fact that they were
denied indicates that the civil servant is clearly hiding something. He must
kneep before his master or retire.
