I'm not an economist, so maybe someone can explain to me how Americans benefit from these tariffs? I see it as a lose/lose proposition
This is the truth on the surface and according to economic science. However! Trumps tariffs are a bargaining chip he uses to get other concessions from countries. They will be in force for a while, until he negotiates excellent deals for the US with the help of his excellent book the art of the deal!
People and the media think that Trump is stoopid and loves Tariffs. They do not understand the art of the deal. =)
