Hahaha... so much for meritocracy and ending DEI! But hopefully this B.S. will end soon. He can come and work for me if he wants, and there he can tweet all the racist comments he wants, and no one in my company would care at all.
I've benefitted greatly the past couple of years by being able to attract excellent technologists who are passionately anti-DEI. So in a way, it is not good that the tech giants are ending their DEI programs, since those have sent me a stream of good candidates. =(
