Already debunked.  But NYPost has a picture of him recently and cripes
he wasn't looking good. But hell he was 95.

I predict he had a heart attack and died instantly, and the wife
grabbed his heart pills or whatever and then somehow died from
exertion/stress/whatever.  Then the dog ate some pills and peaced out.
